This album starts with one of the best, if not the best track of the album, is strong in every aspect and it gives me a weird feeling that I really enjoy, and always sounds kinda fresh/new even I have already listened to it a lot of times. And honestly, I don't have a lot to say abut the rest of the album that I didn't already said, in this case it sounds 'all the same' but not in a bad way, its a great sound that I really enjoy, all Opeth albums have the same Opeth feeling, including the death metal and the rock ones, everything feels the same  but every album is unique at the same time, and this is one of the most unique I think, It has something that makes me think this. As you know, this is the pre Steven Wilson era, so, for that era I enjoy more the rest of the albums, but I need to admit that this is actually PROBABLY the best one, I don't know, everything is so subjective. Still a perfect album with no big/noticeable mistakes.
